Delivery and Click & Collect

Delivery Information.

We work with reputable companies such as Courier Post, Castle Parcels, NZ POST, POST HASTE,  NZ ARAMEX Courier and PBT Couriers to ensure your package is delivered safely and in a timely manner. Your freight cost covers a tracking number and insurance for any loss or damage to your parcel during transit. As soon as we receive and confirm your payment.

We will ensure that your product is shipped out on the same day as your order. Please note that the cut-off time for order pickup by the courier is 2 p.m. If the courier arrives on time to pick up the order, it will be processed and shipped accordingly. However, orders placed after 2 p.m. will be processed the next day as usual.

*** All orders for in-stock items will ship via standard courier and arrive approximately within 2-5 working days (North Island) or 1-2 working days (South Island). ***

*** All items in stock at the distribution centre require approximately 2-5 days for processing and an additional 2-5 working days for delivery to your location." ***

*** Rural Area additional 2-3 days.  ***

*** Depending on the region you reside in, the delivery time can vary from 1 to 3 days. ***

*** Please note that we are unable to provide an assurance regarding the delivery time due to its dependency on the courier service. ***

*** Overnight, Saturday courier, and NZ POST P.O.BOX options are offered at an additional cost, but they come with inherent risks. We cannot provide guarantees or refunds for these services.
*** In case the parcel is lost during transit, we need to wait for approximately 15-20 days after logging the claim for the courier company to accept the lost claim. Once the claim is accepted, we can arrange for a new replacement as soon as possible or issue a refund.

*** If the item is out of stock at the distribution centre, it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to process and an additional 2-5 working days for delivery. For rural areas, please allow an additional 2-3 days.

*** Currently, we can only provide delivery services to Australia and New Zealand. If you have any inquiries, please get in touch with us at sales@qualitycaraudio.co.nz

*** We can deliver goods to a P.O. Box but unfortunately cannot deliver to a Private Bag.

*** If your order cannot be processed due to insufficient courier charges at checkout, we'll reach out to you to discuss additional fees. If your parcel isn't delivered within 5 days, please get in touch with us at sales@qualitycaraudio.co.nz or call (03) 9829922.

Excluded: Items in stock at the Distribution Centre may be delayed by 3-5 days. In some cases, special orders could take 2/3 weeks or more to be coordinated with the sales team.

Orders can be picked up from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Always ensure you receive confirmation from the Quality Car Audio Team via text or email before heading to the store.

Please ensure the name of the person collecting the order is listed on it.

For your assurance, we kindly request a form of identification for all pickups. Accepted forms:

  • NEW ZEALAND DRIVERS LICENCE
  • PASSPORT
  • 18+ CARD
