Shipping:
Normally 2 to 4 working days, Rural areas will take an extra 2 to 3 working days to deliver. Our system will send you the tracking number automatically around 7 p.m.

Pre-order:
Require FULL payments in advance, and NO refund for all pre-order products.
Diagnostic and Installation services:
Fault diagnostic labour from $49 + GST, and Repair fees will be on top.
Installation:
Yes, we do install car audio, alarms, dash cameras, radar, parking sensors and else. We charge $79 + GST per hour.
Pick Up:
The person collecting must bring either NZ Driver's Licence, Passport, 18+ Card or Kiwi Access Card with them and a copy of the ID may be retained on file. Please note if we suspect the ID is not genuine we may also request a secondary form of identification before releasing the order. If you are sending someone to pick up the goods for you, please advise their full name through this email (first and last name MUST match the photo ID).
Warranty:
Yes, all our products with 12 to 36 months return to base (RTB) warranty. Contact us through sales@qualitycaraudio.co.nz with your invoice number if you have a warranty issue.
