Return & Refund Policy

Quality Car Audio Ltd. will only refund returned goods that were defective or incorrectly supplied. (MUST inform us within 7 working days)

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

A customer is NOT entitled to a refund when they have:

# Changed their mind

# Found the goods cheaper elsewhere

# Items are sold as is Sale / Clearance Items

# Special order items or Pre-order items

# Decided they cannot afford them


** Where refunds are provided at our discretion, a restocking fee of 20% will apply to the product(s) purchase price.

** Special order or pre-order items MUST pay in full, CAN NOT cancel the order and NO REFUND (Customer has to wait until the item is here).

** We won't accept any order cancellation once the order is placed.


No product will be accepted for return without obtaining prior written authorization from Quality Car Audio Supplies. Freight, handling and insurance charges will be to the purchaser's account. The product must be in the same condition as they were received in (including packaging)

Quality Car Audio may, but is not obliged to, accept the return of any product that was ordered and correctly supplied.

If the product was delivered incorrectly or with defects or damage, the purchaser must notify Quality Car Audio Ltd in wiring within three days of receipt of the product. The notification must quote the relevant invoice number and must include all the necessary details of the incorrect delivery, defect or damage. If the purchaser fails to notify Quality Car Audio, the purchaser shall be deemed to have received the product in good order and condition and that the same had been delivered in accordance with the purchaser's order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (Inc DOA (Dead on Arrival)). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You have 10 calendar days from the date you received the product(s), to inform us of any products that are (DOA) Dead on Arrival, wrong item supplied or damaged during courier transport.

For any product returns, the goods must be returned to us at your expense and in the original condition, in which you received the goods in.

The purchaser will be required to pay Quality Car Audio, or Quality Car Audio will deduct from any refund, a handling charge of 20% of the full purchase price (GST inclusive) of the product approved for return to Quality Car Audio.

All the good returns authorized by Quality Car Audio MUST BE sent back within 7 days at the purchaser's cost, except in circumstances where we have dispatched incorrect goods.
